Three Sixty Isn’t the Only Crazy Real Estate Market – New Listing in Fusion Proves That
We’ve posted a lot lately about the crazy real estate market in Three Sixty South Bay. It seems that every sale lately is a record for that type of home. As many of our clients are looking in both 360 and Fusion we like to keep you current on both communities. The newest home for sale in Fusion South Bay shows that the real estate market in that gated community is just as crazy.

5507 149th Pl # 8 in Fusion South Bay is one of the smallest floorplans offered in Fusion and is a B condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and approximately 1,030 square feet. This is certainly one of the nicest remodels we’ve ever seen in the community. It’s extensive remodel and upgrade really does give it an entirely different look and feel. It’s still the same details and size and it’s priced WAY higher than any have ever sold at. The previous highest sale for an A or B floorplan was $740,000 back in Februrary. As A and B units generally sell at similar prices, is it possible that this newest listing could sell for almost $75,000 more than the last one?

Hawthorne Real Estate Recap – April By the Numbers
It was another steller month for home prices in and around Three Sixty. Hawthorne CA saw 39 closed home sales in April compared to the covid impacted April of 2020 which only saw 11 homes sell. There were another 26 townhomes, condos and single family homes that went into escrow during the month. The median sold price was a very impressive $884,000 and homes only averaged 16 days on market before going into escrow. This is all great news for sellers but not so great for buyers. Not only are homes selling for record prices but inventory can’t keep up and there were only 26 active listings copared with 50 the April of the prior year.
