It was another steller month for home prices in and around Three Sixty. Hawthorne CA saw 39 closed home sales in April compared to the covid impacted April of 2020 which only saw 11 homes sell. There were another 26 townhomes, condos and single family homes that went into escrow during the month. The median sold price was a very impressive $884,000 and homes only averaged 16 days on market before going into escrow. This is all great news for sellers but not so great for buyers. Not only are homes selling for record prices but inventory can’t keep up and there were only 26 active listings copared with 50 the April of the prior year.
