We’ve mentioned the two current Three Sixty townhomes on the market but as both were listed quite a while ago there’s not much new to discuss in the community. We hope that changes in the near future. In the meantime we thought we would mention a new listing just down the road in the gated community of Fusion as many of our Three Sixty buyers may also consider this alternative.

2023 has been the slowest year we can remember in Fusion and we finally have some good news with several new listings to hit theFusion South Bay market.  Take a look at the homes for sale in Fusion South Bay.

While this isn’t in Three Sixty, home buyers are often looking in Fusion South Bay as well given the similar locations and same school system.  While the community  and amenities are much more impressive in Three Sixty, the advantage of Fusion is the lower home prices.

2023 has started as the slowest year ever for listings in Fusion but there is finally a new listing in the complex.  5403 149th Pl #1 is a fairly rare 2 bedroom “C” floorplan with one of the most open layouts of all the home styles.  The layout offers a 2 car attached garage and entryway on the first level,  very open main level featuring the kitchen, living and dining areas along with a small balcony.  The kitchen has been updated and features nice wood cabinetry, stainless appliances and granite countertops.
