It was a great month for real estate in these highly sought after areas both in terms of the number of homes that sold as well the prices that they sold for.
The average “list” price was an impressive $1,275,556 and the average sales price was $1,279,731 meaning that homes sold above the list price. Those are great numbers.
Of the 9 homes that sold in May, 2 were in the gated community of Three Sixty.
$721 was the average price per square foot and homes averaged 37 days on market before going into escrow.
Two of the homes that sold were in the gated community of Three Sixty. 13220 Central #102 was a plan 2 townhome in the court that sold for $64,000 over the list price. The other was a 3 bedroom townhome at 5565 Ocean #103 that sold for $1,250,000.
The top home sale of the month was a single family in Hollyglen at 5420 W 140th Street that closed for $1,600,000.
