The latest “coming soon” listing was set to hit the market in the first week of May but that certainly appears to have changed! It had been listed as a coming soon listing meaning it was too early for 
showings but that didn’t appear to slow the enthusiasm for this upcoming listing as it’s now in escrow. This was a residence 1 floorplan in the Row which offered 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. We just recently represented the buyer next door at 5449 Strand #103 which closed escrow at $875,000 after being listed at $865,000. We’re going to assume this newest listing sold for their full asking price of $895,000 or even higher.
