January Real Estate Recap – Hawthorne Home Sales By the Numbers

January real estate market at a glance

Let’s take a quick look at the month that was for real estate and home sales in Hawthorne CA.  Overall January was a pretty slow month in terms of the number of homes that sold with only 14 total on market home, townhome and condo sales.  The median home prices was $875,000 and an average days on market 27.

Of the 14 home sales 3 were in Hollyglen and of those 2 were in the gated community of Three Sixty South Bay.  One was a record setting condo sale in the Flats at 13032 Union  #303 and the other was yet another record setting sale….this time of the smallest residence 1 floorplan in the Terraces at 5245 Pacific Terrace that closed at an amazing $1,455,000. Hawthorne Real Estate – Home Sales and Prices for May 2020

While 360 is in the unincorporated neighborhood of Hollyglen, it has a Hawthorne mailing address and it’s always good to keep up with thenew construction townhomes in Hawthorne market. May was a predictably slow month for home sales in Hawthorne CA with only 14 home sales. Compare that with 41 home sales in May of 2019 and you can see what the impacts of our current situation is. Having said that median listing prices were $702,000 with the median “sold” price of $694,000 indicating that there’s still quite a bit of buyer demand. The average price per foot was $510.92.

Of all the home sales only one was located in 360 and was a 3 bedroom townhome located at 13220 Central AVE #102
