Despite what some people think, the gated community of Three Sixty is in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne and is not part
of nearby El Segundo. The average “asking” price of the homes that sold was $1,452,656 with the average sold price at $1,408,833 meaning that homes generally sold below the list price. The average price per foot for sold homes was $805 and homes averaged an impressive 9 days on market before going into escrow.
