As great as it is, it may not be perfect for every buyer so we occassional want to introduce our visitors some of the neighboring communities. Just a short distance from 360 and Hollyglen is the most sought after of all the beach towns……Manhattan Beach. From a charming downtown areas bustling with shops and restaurants, to the iconic pier, to the world renowned beach and award winning schools…..Manhattan Beach has it all and is one of the best beach towns we can imagine.

Welcome to Manhattan Beach Real Estate

Manhattan Beach real estate consists of 5 somewhat distinct areas or neighborhoods, each generally served by a different elementary school and each having features to offer home buyers. The sand section is the area generally west of the streets Valley and Ardmore. It stretches from El Segundo in the north to Hermosa Beach in the south and is the epitome of coastal living. Homes often enjoy panoramic ocean views and some sit oceanfront on the famous Manhattan Beach Strand.
