The community of Three Sixty South Bay is in the neighborhood of Hollyglen….and the city of Hawthorne CA so it’s good to keep an eye onPrimary suites the overall real estate market.

August was a great month for Hawthorne home sales with 31 closed sales during the month.

The average “asking” price was $849,445 with the average sold price at $864,061 meaning that, in general, homes sold higher than the list price. The average price per foot was $697 and average days on market was a very short 24 before going into escrow.
