While our site is primarily dedicated to the homes, townhomes and condos of Three Sixty at South Bay, we often have buyers that are interested in newer construction, gated communities and great locations and nearby Fusion South Bay also fits that description. It is a different real estate market with far fewer homes both built and that become available, but as prices are usually significantly less expensive it’s a great option.
