ThreeSixty South Bay

360 is a wonderful gated community in the neighborhood of Hollyglen in Hawthorne CA.  Most of the homes were built after 2013 so most homes have a very new feel with all of the luxury finishes you expect in new construction.  The home has a variety of home types including single level condos, townhomes and detached single family style homes.  The amenities are something normally found at a high end hotel.  Multiple pools including both a lap pool as well as relaxation pool.  The pool deck area is spectacular with jacuzzi, cabanas, bbq area, and firepit area.  The community also offers incredible indoor spaces not like the usual HOA clubhouse.  The common rooms are more like high end lounges with flat screen tvs, couches, a bar area, pub tables, and shufflepuck.  There is also a “wine room”.  On the other side of the pool is a state of the art fitness center with a sport court just beyond.  The community also offers a dog park and mulitple parks/playgrounds for the little ones.

Hollyglen and Del Aire

Although many people think 360 is in El Segundo, it’s actually located in the Hollyglen neighborhood of Hawthorne.  Hollyglen has a look and feel that’s very different from the rest of Hawthorne.  It’s one of the hottest real estate markets in all of the South Bay as it has ver much a feel of West Torrance but the prices are (to a certain extent were) more reasonable.  The neighborhood also benefits from having a local charter school system known as Wiseburn.  For more information on Hollyglen and Del Aire visit our neighborhood focused real estate website.

Wiseburn School District

One of the most important factors as to why 360 homes and homes throughout Hollyglen and Del Aire have gone up so steadily is the Wiseburn School District.  Wiseburn is an award winning charter school district with campuses right in the neighborhood.  There are two elementary schools, Dana Middle School and a new Wiseburn High School to open shortly.  See the homes for sale that are within the boundaries of Wiseburn (information not guaranteed….we highly recommend confirming with the school district.
