Demand High and Inventory Low for Condos in The Flats

The demand in 360 at South Bay continues to be strong as the few homes that come on the market often sell fairly quickly and demand continues to rise.  Nowehere is that clearer than in the Flats, the one level low rise condos located in the center of the 360 community.  As of July 17th there are no active condos for sale with two pending sales.  It’s a pretty ideal market for home sellers in 360 so it isn’t entirely clear why there are so few homes for sale during the summer months.  See the various floorplans in The Flats or see the current homes for sale in 360 South Bay.
