Hot Real Estate Market in 360 South Bay – Update April 18, 2017

If there was ever an indication as to just how hot a market is…this is it. We had a wave of new listings, especially in the Courts in the past two weeks.  All but one of the homes is now in escrow despite the brief influx of new homes for sale.  As of 4/18/2017 there 9 homes currently in escrow and only one active home for sale.  That’s fairly incredible.  Even more impressive is that the current average days on market for these pending home sales is a mere 8 days.  If you are considering listing and selling your home in 360 South Bay there has simply never been a better real estate market.
