June 2017 Home Sales and Prices in 360 South Bay

June 2017 was a big month for home sales in Hawthorne and Hollyglen with a very healthy number of homes selling.  Hawthorne saw 45 homes selling at a median home price of $592,000.  Three Sixty at South Bay saw 3  home sales with a median price of $731,500.  The three sales were quite a variety with one home being a one bedroom condo in the Flats, a 2 bedroom townhome in the Courts and a 4 bedroom single family in the Terraces.  Click here to see all of the recent home sales in Hawthorne and 360.
