2017 Home Sales in 360 South Bay

2017 was a big year in Three Sixty at South Bay with home prices rising dramatically and most listings selling very quickly.  There were 65 homes sold compered with 38 closed sales in 2016 in Three Sixty with a median price of $808,000 compared with a $745,000 for 2016.  The least expensive home of the year was a one bedroom (legally a studio) in The Flats selling for $525,000 with the highest sale f the year being a detached 4 bedroom in the Terraces closing at $1,260,000.  Of the 65 home sales the various model/floorplans were:

  • Flats – 23 (15 in 2016)
  • Courts – 13 (11 in 2016)
  • Row – 12 (5 in 2016)
  • Townes – 4 (4 in 2016)
  • Terraces – 11 (3 in 2016)
  • Garden – 1
  • Lofts – 1
